Not many photographs from our third day in China. We spent the morning visiting the Temple of Heaven, then flew to Xian, arriving in the early evening—just in time to eat dinner at a local restaurant that specializes in hot pots. The meal was incredibly good, definitely one of my favorite meals of the trip. Overall, that was a good day for food. Our last lunch in Beijing included an eggplant dish that I couldn’t get enough of.
