Three Dinners

Monday store-bought rotisserie chicken, zucchini and tomato cooked with herbs and parmesan, leftover restaurant mashed potatoes enhanced with fresh dill

Tuesday personal-size broccoli-zucchini white pizzas

Wednesday butternut squash tart and cherry clafoutis (via Smitten Kitchen)

Not super balanced but always tasty. Hands-down winner might be the zucchini-tomato side dish which was very as-I-go-along and turned out so unexpectedly good. Best recipe might go to the clafoutis because it’s so unbelievably easy.
